14-day money-back guarantee
Every TopLordStats subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
Free trial and plan changes
The 7-day Pro trial is free and requires no payment method. It ends automatically without a charge unless you choose to buy a plan. A purchase during the trial starts paid access immediately; the money-back period starts with that purchase. Upgrades start immediately and you pay the prorated difference today. Downgrades start immediately and the unused time is credited to your Paddle balance toward your next payments. Downgrading keeps your collected data; moving to Small stops auto-sync.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- Email us at support@toplordstats.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include the email address of your account and, if you have it, your order number.
- Request it directly from Paddle at paddle.net, where you can look up your order with the email address you used at checkout.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued by Paddle, as Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. Once approved, a refund is usually processed within 14 days, and Paddle sends you an email confirmation. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few more days before the amount appears on your statement.
Refund requests are assessed in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law. Outside the money-back period, we still review requests fairly — for example if you were charged by mistake.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your workspace's billing settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access until then and are not charged again. You can resume the subscription before the period ends. Cancelling does not delete your workspace data; see our Privacy Policy for how long it is kept.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom as described in Paddle's Buyer Terms.
